Gianluca Bucci Joined Long Eaton United in September 2024 after a brief spell with Coleshill Town, following a successful stint at Loughborough Dynamo.

A product of the Lincoln City academy, Bucci also has experience playing in the Northern Premier League with Gainsborough Trinity, Frickley Athletic and Spalding United among his previous clubs.

Bucci made his Blues debut on 14th September 2024 at Coventry Sphinx, and has become a reliable and dependable player, forging a strong partnership alongside Jayden Cotterilll in the heart of defence, whilst also chipping in with an odd goal - usually on the end of a set piece.

Such is the impact he has made at Grange Park, he was rewarded with a contract at the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
