LONG EATON UNITED AND BRAD MUNN PART WAYS.

LONG EATON UNITED AND BRAD MUNN PART WAYS

Long Eaton United Football Club can confirm that first-team manager Brad Munn has left the club by mutual consent, bringing to an end more than three years in charge at Grange Park.

Brad arrived in August 2023 as joint manager alongside Lewis McGugan, ahead of the club’s first-ever season at Step 3, having previously spent time at Loughborough Dynamo. He took sole charge in November 2023 and steered the side through a demanding campaign in the Southern League Premier Division Central, before rebuilding over the past two seasons in the Northern Premier League Division One Midlands, where the Blues finished 5th and 10th respectively.

Over his tenure, Brad oversaw more than 150 matches and, alongside assistant manager Aaron Cole and coach Nick Fairbrother, became a hugely popular figure with staff, players and supporters alike.

Everyone at Long Eaton United thanks Brad for his service and wishes him every success in the future.

Chairman Nick Dargan said:
“On behalf of everyone at Long Eaton United, I want to thank Brad and his management team for their commitment, energy and loyalty over the last three years. They took on the job in difficult circumstances and gave everything for the club. They leave with our gratitude and best wishes, and will always be welcome at Grange Park.”
