Brad Munn became the sole manager of the club in November 2023 after joining as joint manager alongside Lewis McGugan in September 2023. Munn was confirmed as first-team manager for the coming season in April with Aaron Cole as his assistant manager. The Blues manager added Nick Fairbrother to his backroom staff as part of the summer recruitment.

The former Burton Albion player previously managed Loughborough Dynamo - a club that he spent five years with, initially as an assistant manager to Lee Attenborough before he took over following Attenborough’s departure in 2021. During his time at the club Munn helped The Moes to their joint highest finish at Step Four in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
