The First Qualifying Round of the FA Trophy will take place on Saturday 10th September 2022. There will be no replays at any stage of the competition.

The Winner will host either Loughborough Dynamo or Corby Town in the Second Qualifying Round on Saturday 24th September.

It is the first time in the club’s 66-year history that they will compete in the FA Trophy after The Blues earned promotion to Step-Four of the National League System last season when they were crowned champions of the United Counties League Premier Division North.

Long Eaton United previously competed in the Isuzu FA Vase - a competition open to teams at Step-Six and Step-Five of the NLS. The Blues set a club record run in the 2020/21 FA Vase when they reached the Quarter-Finals stage of the Vase.
