It was an emotional evening for ladies manager Charlotte Healy who officially handed over the reins to her deputy and replacement Will Brown but not before finishing her long relationship with the club on a high note with a few awards and words of thanks.

The recipients of the men's awards were:

Manager's Player of the Season: Paolo Piliero
Players' Player of the Season: Andy Todd (Paul Lister accepted on his behalf).

The recipients of the women's awards were:

Supporters' Player of the Season: Cara Newton
Players' Player of the Season: Lia Kellogg
Manager's Player of the Season: Amy Pashley.
