Davies is a first year pro at Mansfield Town and recently signed a contract extension at the One Call Stadium in January. The 19-year-old joins The Blues on an initial month-long loan.
Discussing the move, Long Eaton United manager Ian Deakin said: “We decided to bring Curtis in as he is a tenacious midfield player, with high work rates that help him get around the pitch - the quality that he will bring to the squad, being a first year pro at Mansfield, will boost us in terms of the running in that position.”
Impressed by Davies’ technical ability and mentality, Deakin added: “We have had a few injuries in that area of the pitch, so with Curtis’ ability on the ball as well as his ability to be dynamic, he will be a big aid as we progress towards the end of the season.
“He has the right temperament, conducts himself professionally and works tirelessly on the football pitch, which will help him fit well in with the squad.
“When the option of his availability arose, it was kind of a no brainer really, just to strengthen ourselves in that position more than anything.
“His work rate will add value to a squad that is already in good form and finding consistency at the moment, so we are just really excited to have him on board.”
