We are delighted to announce John Bennett as the new Ladies First Team Manager after overseeing his final game in charge of Derby County Ladies where he has had two successful spells in charge at the club.

He brings a wealth of experience in the women’s premier league and we look forward to welcoming him into the club for the upcoming season. We hope that his knowledge and experience will provide the ladies section with the platform to build on this years success.

Commenting on his appointment
“After two very successful and enjoyable spells at Derby I felt the time was right for a new challenge and I can’t think of a better one than Long Eaton United Ladies, who are a fantastically well run and progressive club who I will be hoping i can take to the next level. After meeting with the chairman it instantly felt right for me and I didn't hesitate in accepting the offer. I am looking forward to meeting the players and hitting the ground running at pre-season.”
