This weekend the Blues face a tricky trip to The Black Country to face last season’s league opponents Wolverhampton Wanderers,

Last time to the two sides met it was an emotional day at Grange Park as the Blues said goodbye to long serving player and coach Charlotte Healy after more than 10 years’ service at the club.

The game itself did not disappoint as the Blues managed to claim a tight 1-0 win over the West Midland side thanks to a Portia Badach goal on the 39th minute.

The West Midland side went on to gain promotion that season and currently playing a league above the Blues in the FA Women's Premier League Northern Division.
