George joined the Blues during the 2023/24 season in order to help solidify and strengthen the Blues' midfield.Atwal journeyed through the Mickleover Academy after signing in 2020 - prior to this, he had trials at Leicester City, Derby County, and Stoke City.
The 19-year-old is a central midfielder that can play both the holding role but also has the versatility to be utilised as a wing-back.
Described as a set-piece specialist, Atwal gained vital experience with Mickleover in the Northern Premier League, before subsequently heading out on loan to Gresley Rovers.
