We travel to the War Memorial Athletic Ground on Tuesday evening to face Stourbridge in the third meeting between the clubs this season.
Having already been knocked out the FA Trophy and FA Cup by The Glassboys at Grange Park this season, The Blues will hope to build on their performance at the weekend when they meet Stourbridge for a first time in a league fixture.
Managers quotes -
After the defeat to Stamford AFC at the weekend, Brad Munn and Lewis McGugan prepared for their third meeting of the season against Stourbridge. "I think it will be more forced changes than anything else," Munn said: "We made the changes [on Saturday], as we said, because we want to try and change the direction and have a different look - the season hasn't gone anywhere near where we expected it but we try to build something for the future and for the long run."
McGugan added:"There is a few walking wounded in there but they've gave everything, that's all we can ask for and that's our starting point. Every single one of them gave everything.
"We have to go again Tuesday. We've got to back up that performance. We can't just keep going high and low: we have to try and get some consistency - if we can keep doing that, the results will come."
The opposition -
Stourbridge are without a win in their last seven Southern Football League fixtures and 11 points seperate us in the league table.
However, league results may be deceiving, as Leon Broadhurst's side have found their best form in this season's cup competitions. The Glassboys knocked undefeated league leaders Mickleover out of the FA Cup and at the weekend caused an upset in the ISUZU FA Trophy when they beat National League North side Kings Lynn Town 2-1 at home.
After a goalless first-half against The Linnets, Brendon Daniels and Alex Prosser scored two quick-fire goals. Josh Coulson got one back for the visitors with five minutes to go but it proved just to be a consolation for the former National League Conference side.
