Baris Group Ltd, based in Huthwaite Nottinghamshire are the sponsors of Staveley MWFC who hosted the Northern Counties East League Cup Final on Monday 4th May 2009 between Long Eaton Utd and Selby Town with Long Eaton running out worthy winners 3-0. As part of the Baris Group and Staveley MWFC ethos towards sport and local communities, Baris made an offer of donating £500 towards a local charity of the Cup Final Winners choice. Jim Fairley, the Chairman Of Long Eaton Utd FC has confirmed that they would like the £500 going to the Ronald McDonald House Charity.

The Club decided that it was appropriate to wear the Under 19 kit in the final that was sponsored by Jerry Nichols to bring a little luck. It carries the RMH Charity logos. Jerry has been a fantastic supporter to Long Eaton United and we are pleased we can give a little back to the many charities he supports.
